Travis Wall (born September 16, 1987 in Virginia Beach, Virgina) is an American dancer, dance instructor, and choreographer specializing in contemporary dance and jazz dance . He is best known for his 2006 appearance on Season 2 of “So You Think You Can Dance” where he finished runner-up. Since competing on “So You Think You Can Dance” he has served as a choreographer for the show, with jazz and contemporary numbers in seasons 5 through the current season, 9. Travis has also choreographed for the VMAs (Video Music Awards), Oscars, and has been nominated for an Emmy award twice. Travis was also a choreographer for “Step Up Revolution” and was Adam Shankman’s assistant choreographer on the 82nd Annual Academy Awards show in 2010.
Travis’ latest project has been captured by cameras. Together with Teddy Forance, Nick Lazzarini, and Kyle Robinson, Travis is starring in a new reality show “All the Right Moves”. Cameras follow the guys (who are friends and roommates) as they launch their own dance company, Shaping Sound.
